It’s been a while since I last posted. But today I wanted to share a recipe of mine. It’s easy with minimal ingredients. All I used for these scrambled eggs are butter, raw eggs and cheese. If interested, continue to read below…

I start off with melting butter in a skillet, and let it melt down till it’s in liquid form.

After letting the butter melt, I begin cracking eggs into the skillet. In the picture above, I cracked about 5 raw eggs into the skillet.

Next, I begin to stir consistently until I notice it thickens and begins to take shape.

Lastly, as you can see the eggs have taken a shape, and it’s also moist and fluffy. At the end I added cheese to give it a little bit of taste.
